Questions
- Whose AI keys do my agents use?
- Yours, on every plan. You add your own Anthropic or OpenAI key during setup. It is stored encrypted, and your AI provider bills you directly for what your agents use. Agents don't run until a key is added.
- Where does my data live?
- On the Rete.si cloud, your data sits in your own workspace, separated from every other workspace. Nothing is shared between companies, and private data is removed before any AI model reads your agents' work to learn from it. If you run Rete.si on your own servers, your data stays there.
- Can I self-host?
- Yes. Rete.si runs with Docker on your own servers, and self-hosted installs are not held to the Free plan limits. Talk to us if you want help running it for your company.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- Rete.si tells you, and nothing is lost. At the team or agent limit you can't add another until you remove one; starter packs add only what fits. At the monthly playbook limit, new proposals wait in Approvals until next month. On the 14-day history limit, older chats and audit entries are hidden but kept.
